Role Overview

Eriko AI is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Python, and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, contributing to both the front-end and back-end, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. Knowledge of AI technologies and customer journey automation is a bonus, as you will have opportunities to work on AI-driven customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React for the front-end and Python for the back-end.
• Design and optimize database queries, tables, and schemas using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, data engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to high-quality user experiences.
• Work with APIs, integrating third-party services when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve processes and solutions.
• Optional: Contribute to AI-related features or customer journey automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in React (including hooks, state management, and component libraries) for front-end development.
• Strong Python development skills for back-end processes, with experience in frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for database management, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
• AI experience is a plus, particularly in customer journey mapping and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
